Origins
I was born in Solothurn, Switzerland, on July 1, 1985. I grew up in Altamura, Apulia, where I still live today. Two geographically distant roots that live together in me without contradiction: from Switzerland I inherited rigor and precision; from Apulia, slowness, the table, the red earth. I have never felt the need to choose between the two.
Work
I started in 2007 as a network administrator. Then I crossed paths with marketing, realized that was where I wanted to be, and never left. In 2016 I founded Rocket Marketing, my agency. We work with Italian SMEs on marketing strategy, positioning and digitalization — integrating AI solutions and automating processes that consume time without creating value. We do it on a retainer basis, through temporary consulting engagements, or via proprietary digital products. I do this work methodically, rigorously, and with respect for a discipline that takes time — to study, apply, measure and improve. I don’t chase trends.
In 2021 I lost a close friend to cancer. I have volunteered with AIRC ever since. Some things change you, and there is no going back.
In 2025 I created Memoria Mediterranea. It began with a father’s curiosity about what to put on the table for his family, but over time it became something more: a personal archive of lived Mediterranean culture.
I collect what I learn, cook, taste, see and encounter, and what I believe deserves to be preserved. To preserve, as much as I can, a culture made of food but also people, crafts, places, gestures and ways of being together. And to leave my children a trace of what I understood, loved and chose to carry with me.
I’m becoming the best version of myself. It is slow work, with no shortcuts, and the result is not what matters — it is the person you become along the way.
This site
I’m the father of Dany and Yoshi, who changed my life. Stefy is by my side, patient enough to put up with my obsessions. Having her by my side is the most important thing that has ever happened to me, and everything else, somehow, revolves around that. I keep a journal — this site — because I want my children to know that I was here, that I loved the right things and took seriously what deserved to be taken seriously.
